YH Microfiber Towel Workshop — From Fabric to Towel

Have you ever wondered how the finished microfiber towels you see on store shelves are actually made?

YH Cleaning is a manufacturing workshop specializing in microfiber towels. Since our inception, we have focused exclusively on producing practical and reliable microfiber towels for our clients.

We have collaborated with foreign trade companies for years, gaining extensive experience in handling custom orders for diverse markets. In this article, I will take you on a tour of our workshop's production process.

How do we produce microfiber towels?

We possess extensive experience in the production of both general-purpose and custom-made microfiber towels, offering a flexible and diverse range of options tailored to the unique needs of each client. Whether for daily cleaning, automotive care, fitness, or other specialized applications, we assist in determining the optimal product specifications and design solutions based on the intended use and specific client requirements.

Our customization services extend beyond standard choices—such as dimensions, fabric weight, and color—to include personalized options for product labeling, edge finishing, stitching details, and packaging. We strive to meet the distinct demands of various markets, brands, and sales channels. Whether you require a simple, practical, general-purpose towel or a bespoke product that reflects your brand identity, we approach every specific requirement with the utmost care and attention.

To ensure the final product aligns with your expectations, we engage in thorough communication prior to production, confirming key details such as dimensions, fabric weight, color, technical specifications, label design, and packaging requirements. By finalizing these details in advance, we minimize the potential for errors, ensure clear production specifications, streamline the manufacturing process, and provide a reliable, high-quality customization service for our clients.

1. Fabric Preparation

The entire production process begins with microfiber fabric. We have the specific fabrics required by our clients custom-made by our manufacturing partners. Before cutting, we verify that the fabric we have received—including its dimensions, color, weave, and other details—is exactly as specified.

2. Cutting

Once the fabric is confirmed, we use a cutting machine to trim it into the required towel dimensions.

Precise cutting not only ensures uniform sizing—helping the finished towels meet the client’s specifications—but also helps control material waste.

For each individual order, we adjust our cutting specifications according to the specific towel dimensions required by the client.

3. Edge Finishing

After cutting, we treat the edges to prevent fraying or unraveling. Proper finishing ensures the towel looks neat and refined. We use professional sewing equipment to hem the edges, guaranteeing both aesthetic appeal and functional durability.

4. Inspection and Packaging

Before packaging, we conduct rigorous inspections of the finished products, checking dimensions, edge finishing, fabric condition, visual quality, and quantity. Once the products pass inspection, we prepare them for packaging according to the client's specifications.

Our years of cooperation with foreign trade companies have given us deep expertise in handling export orders—covering product specifications, packaging requirements, quantities, and delivery schedules. This allows us to communicate seamlessly with overseas clients and remain flexible in meeting production demands.
